Join us on the first Friday of every month for a meditative coloring session. Coloring is for all ages. It can help focus on stillness and concentration of the breath when other types of meditation are unsuccessful. Coloring can provide an outlet for you to meditate, while also physically doing something.
This program is suitable for most age groups, though we kindly ask to remember this is a quiet activity. Children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
