About

Welcome to the Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library! A former storefront library across the street, our current  library opened on Aug. 29, 1992. Our two-story building houses some of the library system’s administrative and support office staff. It features beautiful murals of historic Salt Lake and Moanalua during ancient Hawaiian times by renowned local artist Patrick Ching.

As of July 2025, parking is limited due to construction in the library’s parking area.
