Our library was named after Thelma Parker, who inherited the Parker Ranch, the largest ranch on the Island of Hawaii.

Honolulu Theatre for Youth actors

BOO and HOO are happy, even though they always seem to get an Ouch! Like the time when they got their fingers trapped in the door and the time they fell and scraped their knees. One day BOO and HOO begin to feel other people’s OUCHES. So they set out on an adventure with their box of band aids to fix all the OUCHES in the world. Performance is sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i.

This 30-minute performance is suitable for ages 2 and older. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 15 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
