Drop in the children’s room for a fun paper craft demo. Make a special Chinese New Year paper craft to take home. This program is brought to the library courtesy of the Ben Franklin Craft store in Hilo.  This program is free and suitable for all ages. Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult.  Please contact the library 15 days in advance to request special accommodations or a sign language interpreter.
