Hilo Public Library is hosting the Big Island Kokua Services Partnership from March through June 2017 on the second Wednesday of the month from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Do you have questions about the Affordable Care Act and how it will affect you? If you don’t have health insurance, you may qualify for Medquest or a special enrollment savings through low cost or no cost health plans. Kokua & Marketplace Assisters are available to help educate our community with life issues such as loss of employer health coverage, getting married or having a baby, just moved to Hawaii, or change in household income.
