Kirstin Kahaloa, Blue Zones Community Engagement Lead for West Hawaii, presents the Blue Zones Project, an HMSA supported program, with the goal of transforming communities in Hawaii to live healthier and happier lives. The discussion includes information about the project, how to get involved, and what it means for you and your community.
