Stretching from Pearl City to Kahala, the Primary Urban Center is home to 47% of the entire population of this island.

The City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) is conducting a pop-up event at Pearl City Public Library to ask you what you need and want from your community. Do we need more affordable housing? How are our roadways and walkways? Are we taking care of the natural resources properly?

Talk to representatives of the DPP about how we can improve our community!  Your input will be instrumental to creating the future of our O’ahu.
