Looking for a new job soon, or just wanting to update your current resume? The first in a series of free Adulting 101 programs for ages 15-99, “Create A Winning Resume” can offer help along your career path. Presented by an experienced and knowledgeable team of volunteers from the American Association of University Women, Kona Chapter: Marilee Bourne (retired business owner and office manager), Joann D’Addio (retired high school counselor/teacher) and Linda Arlington (retired high school teacher). Learn about the basics in resume creation such as formatting, descriptive word choice, and the importance of references, as well as customized content and cover letters. Use your Hawai’i State Public Library card for a computer session in the library to start your resume today!
