Debt Collection: What Can a Debtor Do About It

Attorney Justin A. Brackett specializes in debt defense.  He will cover topics of interest to those who are in debt.  Topics include, but are not limited to, what to do if a debt collection letter or a court lawsuit from debt collector is received or a judgment is made against a debtor.  He will explain the debtor’s rights and what the debt collectors have to do in order to collect a debt.  The presentation will be held in the Library’s First Floor Reading Room.
