Dungeons & Dragons In Space!

July 7, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Space Aliens

Presented by the Aloha Adventurer’s Guild! For tweens, teens, and beyond!

Aloha Adventurers Guild will take you on an epic Space adventure using 3rd party rules for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition to celebrate this year’s Summer Reading Theme. Explore new worlds, deal with exotic aliens, discover lost civilizations, use fantastic technology and fly around in futuristic spaceships all in an easy to learn RPG adventure. Play characters from your favorite science fiction stories: you could be a roguish smuggler, an ace pilot, a laser toting gunslinger, technological genius or a noble alien warrior. The Aloha Adventurer’s Guild is here to promote communication, teamwork, and creativity through Dungeons and Dragons and tabletop role playing games. Become absorbed in world building, complete daunting challenges, learn how to collaborate and solve problems with fellow players, and have a ton of fun! Meet new friends or get the family or group together to go on a fun filled journey through space. Game materials will be provided by the Guild. This is a Young Adult program recommended for teens, families with children under 12 and beginners, but all ages and levels of experience are welcome where space and resources are available. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Free program! No registration required! Please be on time so that we maximize your experience.

If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations. All programs are subject to change. For a list of upcoming events, visit www.librarieshawaii.org/events.
