Were you mesmerized by the lava flow footage from Hawaii Island? Assistant Professor Dr. Thomas Shea, who is a volcanologist and petrologist at the Department of Geology and Geophysics at UH Manoa, was on Hawaii Island during that time. He will share videos, photos and his personal experiences from the 2018 Kilauea/East Rift Zone volcanic eruption. After the presentation, you can see real lava rocks.
