Celebrate Dr. Seuss’s Birthday as Mr. Kneel raps Dr. Seuss and more!  Mr. Kneel is Neil McIntyre, an award winning Hip-Hop musician and educator.  With Beatbox and vocal percussion, he can create magic and emotion.   Sponsored by the Friends of Kaneohe Library.
