Join us for an enlightening talk with Dr. Renee DuFault!

Since retiring early from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to publish her findings of mercury in high fructose corn syrup, she has been busy following the line of research known as “nutritional epigenetics.” This kind of research seeks to explain how what we eat determines how our genes behave. Specific elements in our diet can turn our genes on or off leading to good health or the development of disease.

This talk will focus on the effects of nutrition on autism and ADHD in America. Meet and greet with Dr. DuFault at 5pm, talk begins at 5:15pm.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
