Obon Dance Lesson

People of all ages dancing indoors doing bon dance.

HSPLS and AARP Hawai‘i invites Baby Boomers 50+ and kūpuna to join local instructor Regina Rivera and learn universal bon dance steps common to all areas of Hawai‘i and Japan.
Learn about the history of Obon dancing and its role in Hawai‘i’s local culture. Let’s get ready for Obon Season (July & August)!

Please bring water in reusable drinkware.

Registration required. Please call the Pearl City Library at 808-453-6566 to register. Limited space available.
