The Waialua Public Library presents a new series of programs, The Saga of the North Shore, with archivist & local historian Richard W. Rogers.

Join us for Part 1: The Geological Formation of the North Shore, where we explore the creation of the island and learn how the rivers of Waialua came to be.

Captain Richard W. Rogers has written articles on the history of Waialua and Haleiwa for the North Shore News, and he is the author of Shipwrecks of Hawaii (1999, Pilialoha Pub).

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 10 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
