Volunteering is a great way to develop skills to prepare for college or career paths — while giving back to our community!
Teens ages 15+ are invited to attend a fair to learn about volunteer opportunities during the summer and throughout the year. Chat with representatives from the following community organizations:
Hawai’i State Parks, Hawaiian Humane Society, Mililani Public Library’s Summer Reading Program, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, The Queen’s Medical Center West O’ahu, Technology Outreach Hawaii (TORCH), and YMCA of Honolulu – Mililani Branch.
Celebrate National Volunteer Month by learning about volunteer opportunities, and start making plans for your summer! Most of these opportunities are located in Mililani or Central and West O’ahu areas.
Registration is recommended, as space is limited. RSVP through our online form or by calling Mililani Public Library at 808-627-7470. Walk-ins may be admitted if space is available.
Sponsored by the Friends of Mililani Public Library.
