Are you a reader? Do you like to talk about what you read? Do you enjoy the company of other readers? If so, please join us on the second Wednesday of the month when we discuss our monthly book selection. We read a variety of titles all selected by our members. All are welcome to join; you may come to all the discussions or just select those titles of interest to you.
February’s selection is The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek a novel by Kim Michele Richardson. “Richardson’s latest work is a hauntingly atmospheric love letter to the first mobile library in Kentucky, and the fierce, brave Pack Horse librarians who wove their way from shack to shack dispensing literacy, hope, and–just as importantly–a compassionate human connection.” Quote from the book jacket by Sara Gruen.
If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations. All programs are subject to change. For a list of upcoming library events, visit www.librarieshawaii.org/events
