Whales @ Your Library!

February 4, 2019 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Whales at your library logo featuring a stylized drawing of a humpback whale in the ocean and the NOAA and HSPLS logos

Make a splash at your library!

Come visit NOAA’s life-size inflatable whale. The whale is visiting Kaua‘i and will be stopping by Līhuʻe and Princeville Public Libraries. Learn all about migration, the dangers of marine debris and how our whales stay alive. Enjoy interactive activities and don’t forget to pick up your take-home whale adventure packet!

This program is made possible by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Humpback National Marine Sanctuary and the Friends of the North Shore Library at Princeville.

All children under 5 years must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Program schedule is subject to change.  Contact the library 15 days ahead to request a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation.
