Yarn Lei Workshop

April 22, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Two leis: one red and one yellow

Learn how to make lei that require no refrigeration—perfect for Mother’s Day, graduation, birthdays and other celebrations! Volunteers from our very own Friends of the Kaimuki Library will demonstrate how to make yarn lei using long lash yarn.  Participants will be able to make and take home their own yarn lei.

All supplies will be provided. Please pre-register at the Kaimuki Public Library Reference Desk to participate as attendance is limited to 20 participants. This program is recommended for adults and children ages 12 and over with an accompanying adult.

Mahalo to the Friends of the Kaimuki Library for sponsoring this program!

All programs are subject to change.  If you require an auxiliary aid or accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days before the program date.
