Irish Storyteller Niall de Burca

November 27, 2018 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Man holding arms above his head, on a stage

Kealakekua Public Library is pleased to host an afternoon performance by Niall de Burca, one of Ireland’s finest traditional storytellers.

A native of the West of Ireland, a land soaked in legend, de Burca will take listeners on an unforgettable journey through the landscape of ancient Ireland.  More dangerous than the pied piper, de Burca will cast a spell on young and old alike.

This free, 45-minute program is funded by Friends of the Libraries, Kona and is a production of the UH Manoa Outreach College’s Statewide Cultural Extension Program.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver. All programs are subject to change. If you require an auxiliary aid or accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days before the program date.
