Folk Art of Chinese Papercutting

Chinese craft artist Barbara Chung Ho

In celebration of the 2019 Summer Reading Program!

Craft expert Barbara Chung Ho will provide a customized 90-minute workshop on the folk art of Chinese papercutting with a focus on the Stars & Outer Space. This free program is suitable for ages 8 and older.

Program size is limited to only twenty (20) participants. Registration is required. Contact the library to reserve a seat.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i and the 2019 Summer Reading Sponsors. This program is a production of the University of Hawaii at Manoa Outreach College’s Statewide Cultural Extension Program with funding and support provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
