Hanapepe Economic Alliance celebrates our Hawaiian host culture that highlights the Hawaiian people. Arts and crafts, food, geography, history and other activities will provide attendees opportunities to learn about the people, especially, on Kauai and throughout Hanapepe and Kauai’s west side. Lecture presentations, hands-on workshops, demonstrations and other experiences will provide guests first-hand experiences and knowledge about the native peoples. Most events are held at the Hanapepe United Church of Christ, Storybook Theatre and Hanapepe Public Library. All events are free thanks to a grant from the Hawaii Tourism Authority and the Kauai Visitors Bureau.
