Modernizing the United Nations: Present Issues, Future Prospects

The Molokai Bahá’í Community, in partnership with the Molokai Public Library, invites the community to celebrate United Nations Day (10/24). Join us to view a video presentation by Dr. Auguston Lopez Claros and discuss the need to modernize the United Nations as an institution so that it can be more effective. All ages are welcome to attend.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of
policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon
as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
