Welcome to Telehealth @ Your Library! This pilot project is a partnership between the Hawaiʻi State Public Library System (HSPLS), the Hawaiʻi State Department of Health (DOH), and the Pacific Basin Telehealth Resource Center (PBTRC) to support telehealth connections in our Hawaiʻi communities.
1) Check out a Chromebook and hotspot to take home and connect with your doctor.
2) Get help from a Telehealth Navigator to connect your doctor’s appointment, learn more about technology to connect to your doctor, and find information to help you be healthy.

The following libraries provide Telehealth Tech Bags for Check-out:
1) Go to the library’s circulation desk and ask to checkout a Telehealth Tech Bag.
2) Fill out the Telehealth Tech Form.
3) Get a quick lesson on how it works.
4) Keep for 30 days. If you need it longer, then stop by the library to renew.
NOTE: You must be an adult with a valid photo ID and library card. If you are a minor (under 18), you will need a parent or guardian with you to present their valid photo ID and library card.
