When Pat and her family are enjoying “Fancy Nancy” storytime, they’re where they belong.
As the great grandmother, I grew up going to the library to learn about my interests; geography, history and marine biology. Went to the library every week. I did the same thing with my children and grandchildren. Now that I have a great granddaughter.I want her to learn to appreciate everything the library provides. That’s why I have been taking her to storytime for the last few years. Wanted her to feel comfortable at a library. She just turned 4 years old today. Libraries are safe and happy places to learn, even with all the knowledge now also available on the internet.
